Job Title: Front Office Intern

Job Summary

The Front Office Intern will assist in delivering excellent guest service at the hotel’s front desk. This role provides hands-on experience in guest relations, check-in/check-out procedures, and daily front office operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and basic complaints professionally
• Support reservation processes and room assignments
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness
• Assist in handling phone calls, emails, and guest messages
• Maintain accurate guest records and update hotel systems
• Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Basic computer skills (MS Office; hotel systems knowledge is a plus)

• Multilingual abilities (English required; additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
