JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle customer inquiries (call, email, walk-in).
• Follow up orders and ensure accurate details.
• Check and prepare PO in system (pricing, specs, delivery info).
• Sort and prioritize orders (fabrication & urgency).
• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain proper documentation (PO, WO, drawings, forms).
• Coordinate with production and internal teams.
• Support daily operations and ad-hoc tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Must possess at least STPM/Diploma any field.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
• Willing to work at Taman Cendana, Sungai Petani.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
