- Supervise and manage daily kitchen operations
- Plan staff schedules and manage manpower efficiently
- Ensure consistent food quality in compliance with food safety standards and SOPs.
- Effectively managing kitchen costings such as inventory level, food costs, and wastages
- Train, coach, and evaluate kitchen staff performance
- Handle staff discipline, attendance, and performance issues
- Assist in menu planning and kitchen process improvements

- Minimum 1–3 years working experience in kitchen / F&B operations required
