1. Reviewing company policies and regulations including various contracts/agreements

• To ensure the content of the documents are harmonious with Malaysia law and at the same time able to protect company interest

2. Providing legal opinion to the stakeholders and other departments regarding any matters

• To establish legal awareness among the management and coworkers that it can be beneficial and protect the interest of company in future

3. Liaising with external counsel/legal firm

• To achieve better understanding and act as legal representative of the company in conveying messages, requests or information regarding any legal issues or assistance between the company and lawyer firm

4. Drafting and/or amending company policies, contracts/agreements and any official letters

• To prepare policies, agreements or letters that comply with law and regulation in Malaysia as well as to prevent or minimize any potential dispute due to void, ambiguous or unlawful document

5. Conducting legal research for various issues

• To update the recent enforcement of law in Malaysia pertaining to several issues

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
