As a Motion Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in defining and evolving our motion language, transforming ideas, data, and narratives into high-impact visual experiences.
From global campaigns to premium sports sponsorships, your work will influence how our brand shows up across high-performance environments and international audiences.
This is an in-house role with real ownership. You won’t just execute, you’ll help build systems, elevate standards, and push the creative direction forward over time.
Note: At Blueberry, moving with purpose means showing up, connecting, and building momentum together. This role is based onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Monday to Friday, where the real magic happens.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead the creation of high-quality motion graphics, animation, and video across brand, campaign, and product touchpoints.
- Translate strategic briefs into strong motion concepts, storyboards, and direction that guide execution.
- Bring premium sponsorship and partnership content to life with a cinematic, high-performance standard.
- Own projects end-to-end, from concept and design direction through to animation, edit, sound, and final delivery.
- Partner closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Marketing to shape creative output and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Elevate the quality and consistency of motion across all channels, setting benchmarks for craft and execution.
- Contribute to and evolve motion systems, templates, and scalable asset libraries.
- Manage multiple high-impact projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Stay ahead of motion, design, and cultural trends, bringing new ideas into the team.
AI & Workflow Innovation
- Lead the integration of AI tools across ideation, production, and post-production workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve speed, scalability, and creative output through automation and generative tools.
- Build and refine repeatable systems that combine traditional craft with AI-driven efficiency.
- Act as a thought partner in evolving how the team leverages emerging technologies.
Who We’re Hoping to Find
- 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or video production.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across campaigns, digital, and brand storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Adobe Suite, Cinema 4D, DaVinci Resolve, and Figma.
- Deep understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Proven experience managing full production pipelines and delivering end-to-end projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with AI creative tools and integrating them into workflows.
- Ability to balance creative vision with executional excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Extra Points if You Have
- Experience in sports, sponsorship, or high-performance brand environments.
- Strong 3D, compositing, or advanced motion capabilities.
- Familiarity with sound design and video production workflows.
- Experience building motion systems or scalable creative frameworks.
- Exposure to Unreal Engine or real-time production tools.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
