Barista cum Service Crew Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,800 in A.P. EMCO Executives Selangor - Maukerja

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Barista cum Service Crew to deliver excellent customer service while preparing high-quality beverages and maintaining a welcoming café environment. This role combines beverage preparation, cashiering, and front-of-house service.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Operate coffee machines and equipment (espresso machine, grinder, etc.).
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks.

Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Recommend menu items and promote ongoing promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Cashiering & Order Handling

• Process payments (cash, e-wallet, card) accurately.
• Maintain proper cash handling and daily sales records.

Outlet Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including dining and service areas.
• Ensure proper display and replenishment of food and beverages.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Team Support

• Assist kitchen or service team when required.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support stock checking and basic inventory management.

Requirements

• Minimum PMR or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a barista or in F&B service is an added advantage (training provided for beginners).
• Able to work on shifts, and Saturday.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus.
