Shveta Labs is a science-led, luxury skincare brand at a pivotal expansion point. We are

moving away from traditional agency models to build a high-agility, in-house creative engine.

As our Junior Digital Designer, you aren’t just "moving pixels". You are joining a lean, high-intensity core team where your work, from social layouts to physical packaging—directly impacts our global presence. We don't do middle management; we do beautiful, effective skincare.

The Role

This is an execution-heavy role for someone with immaculate taste. You will support the

Creative Lead in bringing the brand vision to life across every touchpoint. You’ll be the

"engine room" of the brand, turning high-level concepts into premium assets that stop the

scroll and build desire.

Core Responsibilities

Premium Social Content: Design and curate the visual narrative for Instagram,

Pinterest, and Facebook. You’ll create layouts that feel more like a luxury magazine

than an "ad".

YouTube & Motion Assets: Design high-CTR thumbnails and create motion overlays/typography for our educational and founder-led video series.

Ad Creative Production: Partner with the Marketing Lead to execute high-conversion visuals. You’ll translate performance data into "scroll-stopping" static and motion assets without losing the luxury edge.

Packaging Support: Assist in the design of primary and secondary packaging. This includes managing print-ready dielines, typography layouts, and exploring sustainable material mockups.

Visual Storytelling: Support the art direction for "behind-the-scenes" narratives

regarding our farm, sourcing, and science.

AI-Native Workflow (The 2026 Edge)

We prioritize speed without sacrificing luxury. You will be mentored on (and expected to

master) our modern AI creative stack:

Claude & Nano Banana: For conceptual development, creative briefing, and generating high-fidelity brand imagery.

Higgsfield: For cinematic video generation and sophisticated motion storytelling.

Kive: For intelligent asset management and rapid prototyping of global campaigns.

Who You Are

Experience: 1–2 years in a design role (In-house or Agency). A portfolio that showcases a Clean, Minimalist, and Luxury aesthetic is non-negotiable.

Expansion Mindset: You thrive in a small, lean environment. You aren't waiting for a manual; you're helping us write it.

Technical Toolset: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

AI Curiosity: You don’t fear AI; you use it to work 10x faster. You have a high appetite for learning tools like Gemini and Claude.

Detail Obsessed: You notice when a font is 1pt off and understand that in luxury, the details are the product.

KL Based: You are ready to be on-site in Puchong, working hands-on with physical products and the team every day.

Would Be Great To Have

AI Tinkerer: You have a personal "side-hustle" or portfolio project that uses

Midjourney, Runway, or Stable Diffusion.

Prompt Engineering: You’ve moved past basic prompts and understand how to use

--sref, --cref, or negative prompting to get specific results.

Motion Savvy: Basic experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.

Trend Awareness: You know what’s trending in the AI art community and aren't

afraid to test new workflows.
