Job Summary

Lead B2B data governance, reporting architecture, and business intelligence capabilities to drive data-driven execution and management visibility. Oversee the end-to-end B2B reporting ecosystem, including KPI governance, dashboard enablement, reporting automation, and single source of truth management. Drive data and reporting transformation initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy, automation, dashboard adoption, and decision-making across B2B functions.

The Day-To-Day Activities

• Lead B2B data governance and reporting architecture, establishing KPI standards, data definitions, and a trusted single source of truth across commercial reporting platforms.
• Drive dashboard and business intelligence enablement by developing scalable reporting solutions to enhance management visibility, analytics capabilities, and self-service reporting adoption.
• Oversee reporting automation and process optimization to improve reporting accuracy, scalability, operational efficiency, and reduce manual reporting dependencies.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including BI, IT, Finance, Product, and Sales teams to resolve data gaps, support reporting needs, and ensure reliable business reporting.
• Lead strategic data and reporting transformation initiatives to strengthen analytics capabilities, reporting governance, automation coverage, and data-driven decision-making across B2B operations.

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline, with 8–10 years of experience in data governance, business intelligence, reporting, or enterprise data management.
• Strong expertise in data governance, reporting architecture, KPI management, and data standardization, with experience managing a single source of truth across multiple business platforms.
• Hands-on experience in business intelligence, dashboard development, reporting automation, and analytics tools, with strong understanding of data visualization and reporting environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization capabilities, with the ability to improve reporting accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive data transformation and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
