As a Game Marshal at Bomb Battle, you’ll be the frontline experience creator — guiding players, managing game flow, and ensuring every session is fun, safe, and memorable. This role is perfect for energetic individuals who enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• •Game Operations and ad-hoc support
• •Brief players on game rules, safety guidelines, and objectives.
• •Operate and monitor game systems, props, and equipment.
• •Ensure smooth game flow and reset rooms between sessions.
• •Customer Experience
• •Engage players with high energy and positive attitude.
• •Assist players during gameplay and manage crowd flow.
• •Handle basic customer inquiries and on-site issues.
• •Safety & Maintenance
• •Ensure all safety protocols are followed during gameplay.
• •Report equipment issues, damages, or incidents promptly.
• •Assist with basic cleaning and upkeep of game areas.

Requirements

• •No prior experience required (training provided).
• •Energetic, friendly, and confident in speaking to groups.
• •Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and peak hours.
• •Physically active and comfortable standing for long periods.
• •Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• •Passion for games, entertainment, or customer service is a plus.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
