Key Responsibilities

• Assist the event team in planning, coordinating, and executing company events, promotions, and campaigns.
• Support event preparation including venue setup, coordination with vendors, and logistics arrangements.
• Assist in managing event schedules, participant registration, and guest coordination.
• Support the team in on-site event operations and event-day coordination.
• Assist in preparing event proposals, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and sales to ensure smooth event execution.
• Help monitor event progress and ensure activities run according to the planned schedule.
• Perform other tasks related to event management and operations as assigned.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
