Job Description

Responsibilities

KAITE Property Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of Berjaya and one of Kuala Lumpur’s fastest-growing hospitality companies. We specialize in managing premium short-stay homes in the heart of the city, delivering exceptional comfort, seamless stays and memorable guest experiences.

We are looking for an intern to join our team. As a Front Office Intern, you will support the front office team in delivering outstanding hospitality and ensuring smooth daily guest operations. This role is ideal for someone who is guest-oriented, proactive and eager to develop into leadership responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Front Office team in daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and service coordination.
  • Handle guest requests, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Support the resolution of guest issues by gathering information, coordinating with relevant departments, and escalating when needed.
  • Manage reservation information, verify booking details, and ensure accuracy in guest records.
  • Assist with shift handovers, task updates, and daily front office checklists.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure units are clean, ready, and meet guest expectations.
  • Assist in payments, receipts, and adherence to company SOPs.
  • Prepare basic daily/weekly reports and support administrative tasks as required.
  • Uphold safety, security, and company policies to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in hospitality & tourism, hotel management or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Friendly, professional, and service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work collaboratively with the team.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
