Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated intern to join our admin and account team. The successful candidate will assist in daily administrative tasks as well as contribute to financial record-keeping. This is a full-time internship role that provides valuable hands-on experience in the lab testing services industry.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Conduct research on industry-related topics to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
  • Previous internship experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
