- Conduct onboarding training sessions for newly joined therapists
- Teach company SOP, hygiene standards, customer service etiquette, and operational procedures
- Ensure therapists fully understand treatment flow, professionalism, and service expectations before deployment
Course & Skill Development
- Conduct spa and wellness courses, workshops, and practical training sessions
- Teach treatment techniques, body mechanics, customer handling, and therapist professionalism
- Support continuous therapist skill improvement and refresher training
SOP & Quality Control
- Develop, improve, and maintain training SOPs and operational standards
- Monitor therapist performance and service consistency
- Conduct retraining or corrective coaching when necessary
- Ensure therapists maintain company quality standards at all times
Sales Administrative & Operational Support
- Prepare training schedules, attendance records, and training reports
- Assist management in therapist performance monitoring and development planning
- Support operational improvement initiatives related to training and therapist quality
- Reply customer enquiries via WhatsApp, calls & social media
- Explain packages and recommend suitable treatments
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Coordinate with therapists and operations team
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
