We are looking for a Marketing Operations Associate (1 permanent position) to join our team based in Malaysia. This is a permanent Work-From-Home position open to candidates located anywhere in Malaysia. You will work in a closely knitted, collaborative and motivated team where your ideas and contributions will be highly valued.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist with copywriting for social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram).
• Work with graphics team to create engaging and high-quality content (e.g. including articles, IG Stories, FB Stories and IG Guides).
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual aesthetics across all social media channels.
• Work with team to develop effective social media strategies.
• Assist in conducting research on industry trends and incorporate them into the content creation process.
• Perform any other ad-hoc activities required by the team

Requirements:

• Education level: Bachelor's Degree in any field
• 1-3 years of working experience in a marketing or multimedia role preferred. Fresh graduates with 1st class/2nd Upper Honours are welcomed to apply too.
• Proven experience in copywriting and content creation for social media platforms, preferably Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram.
• Proficiency in using meta business suite or similar software for social media management.
• Avid user of ChatGPT and other AI tools for research, content creation, and productivity enhancement.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well within a team, perform effectively under pressure, and maintain an adaptable attitude.
• Working days and public holidays to follow Singapore calendar. Off in lieu will be given if you are working on Malaysia public holidays.
• Need to work from home, possess own laptop/PC with good internet access
• Good to have: Comfortable with on-camera appearances for marketing photoshoots and videos.
• Good to have: Familiarity with Canva for graphic design and basic video editing skills using CapCut or in-app editing tools for platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube)
