Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a background in manpower agency or maid agency to support our company’s expansion. The candidate should already hold a valid EA (Employment Agency) license and be capable of independently developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manpower outsourcing sector

• Source and secure new clients (e.g. hotels, cleaning companies, service industry, etc.)

• Understand clients’ hiring needs and provide suitable manpower solutions

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment of workers

• Actively contribute to business growth and market expansion

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid EA (Employment Agency) license in Singapore

• Proven experience in manpower agency or maid agency industry

• Strong network and client base will be an advantage

• Good communication, negotiation, and sales skills

• Able to work independently and meet business targets

Pay: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
