The role

You’ll own the sales conversations that happen after someone lands in our world — answering DMs, working warm leads, following up with abandoned carts, closing higher-ticket bundles, and turning curious browsers into paying customers. This isn’t a customer service role with “sales” in the title. You’ll be measured on revenue you close, and rewarded for it.

What you’ll actually do

• Convert inbound leads from email, social, and our site into paying customers
• Run follow-up sequences on warm prospects and re-engage stalled buyers
• Pitch higher-ticket bundles, custom template packages, and add-ons
• Keep the CRM clean — every lead tracked, every conversation logged
• Spot patterns in objections and feed them back to product and marketing
• Hit (and beat) monthly revenue targets we set together
• Build relationships with repeat buyers so they come back without being asked

You’ll thrive here if…

• You’ve sold digital products, templates, courses, or online services before — for two to four years and counting
• You think in numbers but write like a human
• “No” doesn’t deflate you — it just tells you what to ask next
• You care about the brand you sell for, not just the commission cheque
• You work independently, async, and across time zones without needing a manager hovering
• You’d rather close five quality customers than chase fifty cold ones
