The mission is seeking to fill a Program Assistant, IRCC position for the Immigration program as well as other program assistant positions that may arise following this selection process. These positions provide administrative support services in support of the delivery of the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) program in a mission. Core responsibilities include but are not limited to screening documentation, applications and files, reviewing for completeness and accuracy, identifying discrepancies, obtaining and reviewing data, seeking out missing or relevant information and assessing problematic cases.

Salary: SGD$44,301.00 per annum, 2 months bonus and benefits package as per Terms of Conditions of Employment for Locally-Engaged Staff in Singapore

Contract Type: Indeterminate (Full-time)

Term Details: This position is a Locally Engaged Staff (LES) position, subject to the Terms and Conditions of Employment for LES in Singapore.
