Overview
We are seeking a proactive Group Manager to oversee community operations, manage
high-volume group requests, and support events and content creation within Singapore’s
FinTech/product ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large/active community groups and handle high-volume requests.
- Build, grow, and maintain the community/society in Singapore.
- Plan and execute in-person events, meetups, and workshops.
- Create and publish engaging content (posts, updates, announcements).
- Support light sales activities such as outreach and lead nurturing.
- Coordinate with partners, vendors, and internal teams for community initiatives.
Requirements
- 1–4 years’ experience in FinTech or product environments.
- Experience managing online or in-person community groups.
- Strong event management experience in Singapore.
- Solid content creation and communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Basic sales support experience is a plus
