We are one of Singapore’s leading Muay Thai and Boxing gyms — known for world-class coaching, strong community culture, and a premium training experience. Alongside our striking programs, we also offer free weights area, and recovery & wellness experiences designed to help our members train and recover at a high level.

We’re looking for a Front of House & Studio Operations Executive to become the face of the gym and play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

This role is equal parts hospitality, community, and operations — ideal for someone who enjoys being around people, thrives in an energetic environment, and takes pride in creating a great experience for members every day.

You should be outgoing, warm, confident speaking with people, and naturally proactive. We’re looking for someone who brings good energy into the space, not someone who simply “works the front desk”.

What You’ll Be Responsible ForFront Desk & Member Experience

• Welcome members and guests warmly and professionally
• Manage check-ins, class bookings, enquiries, and walk-ins
• Guide prospective members through memberships, trials, gym facilities, and training options
• Create a lively, welcoming atmosphere at the front desk and help members feel at home
• Build strong relationships with members and contribute to the community culture Pineapple MMA is known for
• Handle member feedback, questions, and operational issues confidently and professionally

Daily Gym Operations

• Ensure the gym, lounge, locker areas, wellness spaces, and training floors are clean, organised, and operational throughout the day
• Handle retail sales, payments, stock management, and POS operations
• Support daily opening and closing procedures
• Assist with class scheduling, member management systems, and operational coordination
• Help maintain high standards across the entire facility experience

Wellness & Facility Coordination

• Support operations for recovery and wellness services including sauna and ice bath sessions
• Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and external vendors when required
• Troubleshoot and escalate facility or operational issues proactively

Team & Administrative Support

• Support scheduling and coordination for coaches and front desk operations
• Assist management with administrative and operational tasks
• Maintain accurate records and internal communications

Community & Events

• Support gym events, activations, launches, and community initiatives
• Contribute ideas to improve operations and member experience
• Represent the Pineapple MMA brand with professionalism, positivity, and energy

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years experience in hospitality, fitness, retail, customer service, or operations
• Outgoing, warm, and confident interacting with people from all walks of life
• Naturally energetic and welcoming — someone who enjoys talking to people and building relationships
• Organised and able to multitask in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable handling operational responsibilities independently
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, POS systems, and booking platforms such as Mindbody
• Able to work evenings and weekends
• Bonus: Interest in fitness, combat sports, strength training, or wellness culture

Work Schedule

Full-time position: 6-day work week with rotating shifts

Typical shifts:

• Opening Shift: 6.30am – 3.30pm
• Closing Shift: 1:00pm – 10:00pm
• Weekend Shift: 9:00am – 4:00pm

Compensation & Perks
