Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive to support the finance department in managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and preparing timely reports. This role will assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements while supporting the overall efficiency of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of company budgets and cash flow forecasts
• Manage and execute daily online banking transactions
• Update and maintain the daily cashbook
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions
• Verify and validate project-related payments
• Assist and advise the HOD on project costs and financial allocations
• Analyse project profitability and subsidiary performance
• Maintain accurate accounting records
• Prepare and maintain accounting documentation
• Assist in financial reporting
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor account balance
• Support audit activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
• Perform other duties assigned by employer or HOD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered).
• Knowledge of MFRS, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
