Key Responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of accounting functions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), bank reconciliations, and fixed asset management.
• Support e-commerce finance operations such as online sales reconciliation and payment gateway settlement processes.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and statements in accordance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
• Manage taxation matters including SST submissions, corporate tax filings, and communication with LHDN.
• Work closely with external tax agents to ensure timely tax computation, filing, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure smooth completion of audit activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including the Companies Act 2016, EPF, SOCSO, and other relevant regulations.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare financial forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
• Assist management with financial analysis, reporting, and variance explanations.
• Support process enhancement initiatives and implement accounting best practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks and additional responsibilities assigned by management when required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Candidates with prior experience in audit/tax firms or the e-commerce industry are preferred.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or MICPA will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of MFRS and Malaysian taxation regulations.
• Proficient in accounting systems and financial software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
