The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of assigned projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet the agreed scope, timeline, quality, and budget. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients to achieve successful project outcomes and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Initiation
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and issues.

Execution & Delivery
Lead the project implementation according to approved plans and timelines.
Coordinate with technical teams for configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Manage vendor deliverables and ensure alignment with project requirements.

Monitoring & Reporting
Track project progress against milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients.
Implement corrective actions to mitigate project delays or risks.

Stakeholder & Communication Management
Serve as the main point of contact between the company and the client.
Conduct regular project meetings, reviews, and progress updates.
Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.

Budget & Resource Management
Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with the approved budget.
Allocate and manage project resources effectively.
Support procurement and invoicing processes related to project activities.

Quality & Compliance
Ensure all deliverables comply with project standards, customer requirements, and internal QA processes.
Oversee documentation, testing, and acceptance procedures.
