Job Summary

Support execution of Enterprise trade marketing initiatives by implementing GTM plans, channel programs, promotions, and POSM activities across mobile, FWA, fibre, and solutions. Coordinate with Sales, Product, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and partner engagement. Monitor campaign performance, channel KPIs, and budgets to drive effective delivery and continuous improvement.


The Day-To-Day Activities

  • Support execution of trade marketing plans and GTM activities by coordinating channel programs, promotions, sales boosters, and campaign rollouts across mobile, FWA, fibre, and solutions.
  • Work closely with Sales and channel partners to ensure smooth implementation of trade initiatives, improve conversion, and support activation and coverage programs.
  • Execute campaigns, promotions, and POSM activities including briefing partners, managing rollout, tracking participation, and ensuring brand compliance at outlets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional tasks and vendor execution by liaising with Sales, Product, Branding, Finance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Track performance and support reporting activities by monitoring campaign results, channel KPIs, budgets, and providing basic insights for continuous improvement.


About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, with 4–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, Sales Operations, or related roles.
  • Experience in telecommunications, FMCG, or consumer electronics is preferred, with exposure to Enterprise or B2B channels as an advantage.
  • Strong execution, coordination, and project management skills, with high attention to detail and ability to manage timelines effectively.
  • Good analytical skills and commercial awareness, with the ability to track performance, derive insights, and balance cost and execution impact.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
