Responsibilities
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in solution sales, B2B sales, or account management.
Strong understanding of enterprise solutions, technology products, or services.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is an advantage.
Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify customer business challenges and propose suitable solutions.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Prepare and deliver solution proposals, and commercial quotations.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure solution alignment with customer requirements.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports.
Attend trainings and meetings, when required.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.
