Responsibilities

Requirement
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in solution sales, B2B sales, or account management.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise solutions, technology products, or services.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is an advantage.

Responsibility
  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Identify customer business challenges and propose suitable solutions.

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Prepare and deliver solution proposals, and commercial quotations.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure solution alignment with customer requirements.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports.

  • Attend trainings and meetings, when required.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.
