Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible to ensure treatment of cash and security instructions received from CACEIS IS clients are in line with prescribed market, net-asset-value (NAV) and treasury deadlines.

The role will support Luxembourg region with working hours of 9:00am-6:00pm, Malaysia time.

What will you do?

  • Ensure completion of all trades under STE environment as well as manual trades are completed within agreed timeframe.
  • Ensure queries on trades, are resolved in timely manner. This also includes queries on STE and manual trades.
  • Ensure outstanding items are assigned and individual departments/financial institutions are chased for resolution.
  • Ensure that all instructions are processed to a high standard of accuracy.
  • Ensure all trades are posted according to procedure.

  • Knowledge of different investment instrument types.
