Responsibilities

Role: English Customer Service Role

Ara Damansara, Selangor (Work from Office)
Contract: 30–45 Days
24/7 Rotational Shifts
RM 2,500 + Night Shift Allowance

40 hours training provided (office hours)

Handle customer queries via email or chat in a professional manner
Resolve customer issues quickly with effective solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions & transactions

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction & build strong relationships

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
