About The Job
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive/Senior Executive. In this role, you will work closely with the Vice-Dean (Strategy and Future State) to manage CET related initiatives of School of Social Work and Social Development. The candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate’s proficiency in multitasking and attention to details will enable him/her to efficiently manage diverse tasks and projects within specified timelines.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Course, Workshop and Programme Administration
- Support CET-related programmes, projects and workshops and liaise with external partners and government agencies on course and programme related matters
- Work with faculty members, trainers, course writers and developers to coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of course, workshops and programmes.
- Liaise with internal departments on course and workshop logistics and schedules Coordinate and support registration and onboarding for CET learners
- Attend to CET-related queries
- Assist with programme, project and workshop related budgeting matters
- General administrative duties such as collation of data, preparation of reports, information updates etc
Publicity and Marketing
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities of SWSD Generate contents to publish on SWSD social channels.
- Work with internal stakeholders to align social media efforts with broader University’s publicity campaigns. Ensure all content adhere to University’s brand guidelines, tone and visual identity.
Secretariat
- Calendaring duties for Deans and Vice-Deans
- Other secretariat duties (e.g. coordination, minute-taking for advisory, school and external meetings, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Degree holder with 1-3 years, preferably with some marketing experience
- Meticulous and possess high level of discretion and integrity
- Proficient in the use of major social media platforms, including Linkedin
- Good project management, interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive, capable of working independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
