Job Summary:
The Account Executive – Accounts Payable is responsible for managing and processing the organization’s payables with accuracy and efficiency. This role involves handling vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records in compliance with internal policies and accounting standards. The Account Executive serves as a key liaison between the company and external vendors, ensuring effective communication and resolution of any discrepancies. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles are essential for success in this position.
