Full Time Front Desk - Clinic Assistant Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,500 in Quality Health Care Sdn. Bhd. Subang Jaya - Maukerja

Location: QHC Medical Centre, Subang Jaya

We are looking for a friendly, professional and service-orientated individual to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for our patients and plays an important role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling
• Manage phone calls, inquiries, and front desk communications
• Coordinate patient flow and support clinic operations
• Handle cashiering, billing, and payment collection accurately
• Issue receipts and maintain proper financial records
• Assist in daily reconciliation of payments
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Liaise with doctors, nurses, and other departments to support patient care

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field (healthcare/admin preferred)
• Prior experience in front desk, customer service, or healthcare setting is an advantage
• Experience in cashiering or billing will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / clinic system experience is a plus)
• Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
