Job Description

• KinderHearts Preschool is looking for a caring, responsible, and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children and is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and classroom activities
• Prepare weekly lesson plans, teaching materials, and simple assessments
• Create a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment
• Observe, document, and support each child’s learning and development
• Guide and supervise assistant teachers in daily routines
• Communicate professionally with parents/guardians regarding children’s progress
• Maintain positive classroom discipline and routines
• Participate in school events, celebrations, and programmes
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Principal

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Experience working with preschool children is an advantage
• Passionate, patient, and responsible with children
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Willing to participate in school events and training when required

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
