Job Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual designs for both online and offline marketing materials
• Design e-commerce creatives including banners, EDMs, social media posts, campaign visuals, and promotional content
• Develop offline marketing materials such as POSM, posters, display designs, packaging visuals, and promotional collaterals
• Generate creative concepts and design solutions that align with the brand identity and campaign direction
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and E-Commerce teams to execute campaigns and promotional activities
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, consistent, and delivered within timelines

Requirements

• 1–5 years of working experience in Graphic Design or related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, fashion, and current design trends
• Strong sense of layout, typography, color coordination, and visual storytelling
• Able to handle both online and offline design projects independently
• Detail-oriented, responsible, creative, and a strong team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Bonus Skills

• Experience in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetic industry
• Familiar with e-commerce platform visuals such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
• Knowledge of basic video editing, motion graphics, or content creation is an added advantage
• Experience in creating campaign visuals for digital marketing and social media ads
