Full Time AV - IT Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,800 in Seadale Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Position: AV & IT Executive

Responsibilities

· Attend client sites for installation, testing, and support of audio visual systems

· Troubleshoot AV integration issues (audio, video, display, control, connectivity)

· Provide technical support for hardware and software-related issues

· Assist in setup and configuration of AV equipment (displays, microphones, cameras, switching systems)

· Perform basic network troubleshooting (IP addressing, connectivity, ports)

· Support cabling works, rack setup, and on-site coordination

· Coordinate and manage site activities (scheduling, basic supervision of works, progress tracking)

· Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients on site matters

· Maintain proper documentation (IP lists, configurations, service reports)

· Prepare monthly service and maintenance reports

· Work after office hours when required for project delivery or critical support

· Travel outstation when required

· Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by engineers or project leads

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

· 1–2 years of working experience in IT or AV environment will be an advantage

· Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

· Able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues (basic level)

· MUST have strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (formulas, basic reporting), PowerPoint, and Outlook

· Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia

· Able to coordinate site works and communicate with multiple parties

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn

· Possess a valid driving license (Class D)

· Experience in Audio Visual systems is an advantage

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
