Full Time QC Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,200 in TCHOCOLATE GALLERY SDN. BHD. Selangor - Maukerja

Job Scope:

• Ensure a clean and hygienic environment is maintained throughout the production and storage areas in compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
• Verify and maintain accurate production records and quality-related documentation to ensure consistency and traceability.
• Conduct inspections of incoming raw materials to ensure they meet specified quality and safety standards before use in production.
• Review and create all product labelling to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant Halal, nutritional, regulatory, and customer-specific requirements.
• Assist in the preparation, documentation, and implementation of Halal, GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 systems to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Support the HFSQ (Hygiene, Halal, Food Safety & Quality) team during internal and external audits by preparing documentation, participating in walkthroughs, and addressing non-conformities.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the HFSQ or Production Manager to support quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirement:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related discipline.
• Computer-literate and comfortable working with documentation and basic software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is not required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
• Demonstrates a strong interest and enthusiasm in learning new skills and knowledge within the food manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the food industry will be considered an added advantage.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, and manage time effectively.
• Capable of handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
• Full-time position with readiness to contribute proactively to quality assurance and food safety compliance initiatives.
• Working hour: Monday to Friday (8.00 AM - 5.00 PM) and Saturday (8.00 AM - 1.00 PM)
