Responsibilities
A fast-growing manufacturing is looking for a capable and hands-on Plant-based Finance Manager to lead the account and finance operations and support strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and cash flow forecasts.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and margin analysis.
- Partner closely with production, procurement, and operations teams to improve cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and audit standards.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial processes.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to drive performance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or plant-based industries.
- Strong knowledge of costing, inventory management, and financial analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
