Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative and office operations
  • Manage filing, documentation, and data entry tasks
  • Prepare letters, reports, invoices, and other administrative documents
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars
  • Assist in loan application processing and documentation
  • Follow up with clients, banks, and related parties regarding loan matters
  • Ensure all loan documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed
  • Support HR and management in administrative coordination
  • Monitor office supplies and maintain a proper filing system
  • Assist in basic accounting or payment-related administrative tasks
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in administration, loan processing, banking, finance, or related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask and work independently
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
