Responsibilities
Industry: Construction industry
Location: PJ
Working day: Mon- Fri
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview arrangement, offer).
· Handle onboarding/induction for new hires & exit interviews.
· Support manpower planning & headcount monitoring.
· Liaise with recruitment agencies & external stakeholders.
Employee Relations & Discipline:
· Handle employee grievances & provide HR advice.
· Support domestic inquiry process where required.
· Promote positive employee engagement and workplace harmony.
HR Policies & Compliances:
· Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, & other labor regulations.
· Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and employee handbook.
Training & Development:
· Identify training needs in consultation with department heads.
· Coordinate internal and external training programs.
· Maintain training records and HRDC documentation.
· Support training and development initiatives.
Others:
· Prepare recruitment reports.
· Handle admin tasks as & when required by the superior.
· Support HR initiatives & team bonding program.
Job Requirements:
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
