Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotations accurately and on time
Prepare and compile service reports
Calculate technician working hours and overtime claims
Arrange and manage technician work schedules
Key in and maintain e-invoice records
Liaise with inbound/call-in customers and coordinate follow-ups
Track and follow up on work license/certificate expiry
Manage petty cash records and reconciliation
Compile and reconcile credit card usage and receipts
Utilize A Plus software to issue invoice
Candidate Requirements
2-3 years office admin / operations admin experience (service/contractor environment preferred)
Strong documentation and coordination skills
Good with Excel/Google Sheets and admin systems
High attention to detail and deadline discipline
Comfortable handling permits/compliance paperwork
Good communication with management, technicians, and external stakeholders
Able to multitask in a fast-moving operations environment.
