KPI & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Design Quality and Creativity
KPI: Deliver high-quality and creative designs that align with the brand image and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing and innovative designs for various marketing materials (e.g., digital ads, print materials, packaging).
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design outputs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Stay updated with design trends and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the creative process.
2) Timeliness and Efficiency
KPI: Meet project deadlines and deliver designs in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage workload effectively to prioritize and meet project timelines.
Coordinate with brand principals to gather design briefs and clarify requirements.
Optimize design workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
Communicate project status and timelines to marketing team.
3) Design Feedback and Collaboration
KPI: Effectively incorporate feedback and collaborate with marketing team to achieve desired design outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively listen to and incorporate feedback from clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure design and messaging alignment.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development.
4) Brand Consistency
KPI: Ensure consistent visual branding across all design assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Uphold brand guidelines and standards in all design outputs.
Develop and maintain design templates and style guides to facilitate consistency.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand alignment in campaigns and promotions.
Conduct regular design audits to identify and address any inconsistencies.
5) Professional Development
KPI: Continuously improve design skills and stay updated with industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Seek opportunities for professional development, such as attending design workshops or conferences.
Stay updated with design software, tools, and techniques.
Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
Requirements:
-Experience as a graphic designer 3-5years
-Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
-Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio will be an advantage.
-Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
-A strong eye for visual composition.
-Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
-Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
-Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
-Experience with computer-aided design.
-Mature, responsible and willing to work in a team.
-High flexibility towards work to complete tasks.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
