Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels
• Develop and champion a cohesive brand strategy that strengthens market positioning and drives consistent audience engagement
• Analyse campaign performance data and consumer insights, translating findings into sharp recommendations that sharpen future campaigns
• Oversee content production across multiple formats — collaborating with designers, copywriters, and creative teams to maintain brand excellence
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely campaign delivery
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and audience behaviour to keep the brand innovative and ahead of the curve
• Lead, mentor, and inspire junior marketing team members to deliver their best work consistently and confidently
• Drive marketing strategy discussions with senior leadership, presenting clear roadmaps and performance outcomes with conviction

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strategic thinker with strong leadership instincts and a passion for building brands that resonate and perform
