Big Screen Media Sdn Bhd is a professional system integrator that specializes in commercial LED screen display solutions, digital signage, interactive smart board, digital standee, digital kiosk, video conference system and commercial audio-visual integration services. We are located in Kota Damansara, Selangor and are committed to providing high-quality, innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients across various industries.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled Inventory & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing warehouse layout, supervising staff, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. The Warehouse Manager will play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, organization, and productivity.

As an Inventory & Warehouse Supervisor, you shall be responsible for the movement of company inventories, using proper tool & method to keep track of stock in and stock out, and placement of goods at all time. You shall also be responsible for coordinating service request and liaise with customer on after-sales requirements, assign and arrange manpower & parts needed for after-sales service request.

Responsibilities

* Keep track of company inventories. Monitor stock in & stock out.

* Monthly stock check to ensure correct quantity in the database.

* Handle shipments assigned to courier company such as

Lalamove, Grab Express, J&T, DHL etc.

* Liaise with supplier for purchase requisition for stocks fall below critical level.

* Ensure placement, labelling & categorization of inventory are done in a organized manner.

* Ensure cleanliness & tidiness of store/warehouse.

Perform cleaning if required.

* Keep track of company project warranty duration.

Propose service maintenance contract if required.

* Work with customer on after-sales service request and assist to resolve/troubleshoot issues remotely. Assign technical team to perform on-site service after remote diagnosis.

* Keep proper documentation of service record after onsite service is completed. Submit service report to client when required.

* Proficiency of using Microsoft Excel & Accounting

Inventory system will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

* Posses Diploma & above qualifications

* A mature team player, resourceful, self-motivated with high integrity, and able to meet deadlines.

* Possess excellent interpersonal communication and strong people management skill.

* Capable of working independently with minimum supervision.

* Microsoft Office knowledge: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.

* Able to acquire necessary hands-on skills and train subordinates.

* Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: From RM2,600.00 per month
