Sepenuh Masa M-E Coordinator Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,000 in TANGAWARIS SDN. BHD. Shah Alam - Maukerja

• Coordinate all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) works with structural and architectural teams.
• Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with design and project specifications.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and discrepancies.
• Prepare and monitor M&E work schedules, progress reports, and coordination drawings.
• Conduct site inspections to verify that works are carried out according to approved drawings and safety requirements.
• Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
• Attend and lead coordination meetings with consultants and contractors.
• Manage variation orders, materials approval, and technical documentation related to M&E works.
• Ensure all M&E activities comply with local authorities’ regulations (e.g., Suruhanjaya Tenaga, BOMBA, JKR, etc.).
• Support the project team in ensuring timely project delivery and handover.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
