Job Opening – Customer Service Executive (English + Japanese)

We are hiring for a Customer Service Executive role supporting customers through Call, Chat & Email channels.

Job Details

  • Language Requirement: English + Japanese
  • Location: Cyberjaya
  • Shift: Rotational 24/7 shifts
  • Off Days: 2 rotational off days per week
  • Experience Required: Minimum 6 months – 1 year in Customer Service
  • Japanese Proficiency: N1 / N2 Japanese preferred
  • Education: Diploma and above
  • Headcount: 6 openings
  • Salary: RM8,500
  • Joining Date: 15 June

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, chat, and email
  • Provide professional and timely customer support
  • Resolve issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Japanese communication
  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • Comfortable working rotational shifts
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
