Responsibilities
Experience & Skills
1. Minimum 1year experience in accounts required
2. Able to handle office management & administration
3. Encouraged if able to handle any type of accounting system i.e. CSS, UBS or others
4. Should be able to handle Billing, Invoices, Payment Processing, Bank Reconciliation, Purchase Requisition, Purchase order, Account Payable, Account Receivable
5. Must be able Issue Official Receipts by CSS System .
6. Able handle customers on all general enquiries
7. Good communication skills and good customer service
8. Willing to do Overtime as and when required
9. Must be familiar with computer skills (Microsoft, Excel & Power point)
Education
1. Fresh Graduates with minimum Diploma or Degree in any field but preferably in Accounts, Finance, Business Administration.
2. Can be considered Fresh Graduate even with only 6 months internship in accounts in any company.
3. Basic accounting Knowledge will be added advantage
4. Abe to work with minimum supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
