Administration

• Manage office documentation and filing system
• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
• Maintain office supplies and support basic HR administration

Accounting

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accounting records
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Assist in audit and tax matters
• Monitor collections and supplier payments
• Handling adhoc duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
