Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage outlet team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
- Monitor branch performance, sales achievement, operational costs, and identify areas for improvement.
- Handle workforce planning, recruitment, training, and guidance for team members to achieve sales and service targets.
- Supervise Outlet Supervisors and ensure outlet cleanliness, operational efficiency, and positive customer experience.
- Ensure reports, stock control, branch administration, and safety procedures are properly managed and submitted on time.
- Coordinate with HQ and marketing team for promotional activities and ensure marketing materials are displayed accordingly.
- Oversee overall outlet operations, daily schedules, and compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- High integrity and customer-friendly attitude
- Strong leadership skills with attention to detail in task reporting
- Experience in managing multiple outlets is required
- Must possess own transport and valid D/DA driving license
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
