Full Time Finance Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Flower Chimp Selangor - Maukerja

Limitless Technology is a leading eCommerce holding company managing a portfolio of successful brands across Southeast Asia, Hongkong and Australia, including CakeRush, Flower Chimp, Happy Bunch, and LVLY. Our brands provide exceptional gifting experiences through fresh flowers, delicious cakes, and curated gifts delivered with care. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Finance Executive to support our Finance team.

• Maintain accurate financial records including ledgers, receipts, invoices, and payments.
• Verification of invoices and handle accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts
• Partner with internal teams (Vendor, Procurement, Operations) to keep operations running smoothly
• Month end reporting for subsidiary
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and financial policies

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/ Finance
• At least 2 years relevant working experience
• Result oriented with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships
• e-Commerce industry exposure is advantage
• Proficiency in Xero, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
