We’re looking for a Client Support Engineer who enjoys working with technology, communicating with clients, and making things run smoothly.
This role is perfect for fresh grads or young professionals who want to grow their career in IT, customer support, and technology solutions.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide technical support to clients via email, phone, or chat.
- Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, or system issues.
- Assist clients with setup, onboarding, and product usage
- Monitor and follow up on support tickets.
- Work closely with internal tech and operations teams.
- Document issues and solutions clearly.
- Help improve customer experience and support processes.
- Ensure clients receive timely updates and resolutions.
What we’re looking for
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience client support, technical support, or customer service roles is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.
- Passion for technology and problem-solving.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, responsible, and customer-focused.
- Basic IT or technical knowledge.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, email, and basic troubleshooting.

Pay: $2,600.00 - $4,400.00 per month
