Kerja Sepenuh Masa Debt Collection Officer, Gaji tinggi SGD 3,500 di JCG Money Pte. Ltd. Southeast (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a Debt Collection Agent to handle both telephone collections and on-site visits when required. This role is suited for someone confident, proactive, and comfortable conducting face-to-face interactions in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct collection calls and follow-ups with overdue customers.
• Perform on-site visits to addresses when necessary to facilitate communication or deliver notices.
• Negotiate and arrange payment solutions professionally.
• Identify accounts with elevated default risk and escalate appropriately.
• Prepare and issue reminder letters or notices during field visits.
• Monitor repayment progress and loan status.
• Update collection notes and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure all field and office activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in debt collections or credit control
• Comfortable performing field visits professionally and safely.
• Must meet Singapore's fit and proper requirements for debt collection personnel.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Entreprenuerial spirit.
• Preferably able to speak more than one language
• Having own transport is an advantage

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
