Full Time Factory Supervisor (Metal Engineering - Steel Structure) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,500 in Agensi Pekerjaan Inter Island - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a steel structure and metal fabrication environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in metal engineering and factory production.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory operations for steel structure and metal fabrication works
• Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate workflow between cutting, drilling, welding, grinding, fitting, and assembly teams
• Ensure fabrication works meet approved shop drawings and specifications
• Monitor productivity, quality control, and reduce material wastage
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of machinery and equipment
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and regulations
• Manage workers’ attendance, discipline, and performance
• Coordinate with project and site teams on production progress and delivery timelines

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in steel structure or metal engineering factory operations
• Able to read and interpret shop drawings
• Strong knowledge in welding, fabrication, and steel structure assembly
• Experience supervising factory workers and production teams
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Responsible, hands-on, and able to work independently

Pay: $3,400.00 - $5,500.00 per month
