Social Media Marketing Intern

The Role

We are looking for a creative, high-energy Social Media Marketing Intern to help us build the "Faction" online. You will be on the ground in our space, capturing the raw energy of our community, the aesthetic of our facilities, and the science behind recovery.

What You’ll Do

• Content Creation: Shoot and edit high-quality short-form video (Reels/TikToks) featuring our ice baths, sauna rituals, and refuel bar.
• Community Engagement: Interact with our "tribe" online—replying to DMs, engaging with tags, and fostering a sense of community.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of wellness and fitness trends to ensure Ice Faction is always part of the conversation.
• Live Coverage: Capture real-time moments during special events, community socials, or "Athlete" drop-ins.
• Influencer Collaboration: Help identify and coordinate with local fitness influencers and athletes for content collaborations.
• Analytics: Track what content resonates most and provide weekly "What’s Hot/What’s Not" reports to the team.

Who You Are

• A Content Native: You live on TikTok and Instagram. You know how to use CapCut, Lightroom, and trending audio like a pro.
• A Storyteller: You can take an ice bath and turn it into a compelling story about mental resilience.
• Wellness Enthusiast: You genuinely love fitness, recovery space. You’re not afraid to hop in an ice bath yourself!
• Proactive: You don’t wait for a script; you see a cool moment in the lounge and you film it.
• English Fluency: Strong written skills for witty, engaging captions.
